Call of duty Black ops 6

Last night when closing the game to desktop I had that crash. First time though
 
Just alt+f4 the game. I’ve been playing the campaign and was enjoying it for what it is, then the ‘zombie’ mission started. Wtf is this, pointless, ruined it for me
 
I only play CoD, apart from a bit of BF in the past. My feeling so far is disappointment tbh, need a few larger maps for the sniper, maps with more than 6 a side on it, maps that last a little bit longer...all this without a DLC please...also best thing I liked about MW3 was the Zombie mode, so much variation, but this one? well they have gone backwards about 5 or 6 generations in my book, I remember my lads playing a Zombie mode many years ago, where all there was to do was shoot the ever increasing number of Zombies...boring !

Nuketown arrives this weekend i believe which should bring out snipers in the windows on both sides. But yes agreed it should have a few bigger maps.

I'm sort of missing Invasion to be honest.
 
The people saying this is bad, chill just because you don't like something doesn't mean other people can't enjoy it. You probably haven't played cod in a while so not enjoying getting beat but if you stick at it you will get the hang of it.

Yes it is fast paced but that makes people move not just camp. I very rarely see camping. Black ops since the second one has been faster paced than MW and if you like slower pace then try MW3 as that is good and on gamepass as well.
 
Still not installed this on my free gamepasses yet as there are so many other games to play. Diablo and BF 2042 events start today and Dragon Age tomorrow.

Strange though as the player base seems to be divided with a lot of people saying its the worst COD ever (both sp & mp), and many saying its the best.

Nuketown is tempting me though
 
There's a couple of maps I don't like but overall it's a pretty decent COD and with Nuketown arriving later this week I'm happy :)

Also to answer my own question above, the fix for me was when this happens to run bootstrapper in the files to launch it.
 
I have just finished the campaign and I have to say I really enjoyed it, a pretty good story with some the mental levels and not what I expected at all, I have never been a massive COD fan but this has been fun.

I enjoy the game, for the most part, but I've not played SP yet. A few of my COD mates are of the opinion that its the worst COD ever though. I preferred hardcore on the last COD but this time round I'm preferring core. TTK on hardcore is waaaaay too fast.

SBMM has been shafting me though. Before last night, after 7 hours of play time, I had 18 wins to 30 losses. I'm an above average player but feel like I got absolutely **** on at the weekend. When my much "less skilled" mates play without me they can win every game with serious amounts of kills. They join my games (and 2 more of my decent mates) then get absolutely destroyed. Don't understand it tbh. My average score is similar to theirs. K/D isn't that much better than theirs etc.

I find it is mixed with the skill of the players, the first game or two is easy then it puts me with more skilled players but more often or not I still win but I only play kill confirmed.
