Cheers! Had another look and I wasn't going down far enough, it's properly hidden in there.
The new zombie map seems to have performance issues in places, it really chugs on Series X at times momentraily. Also not sure if it's an art design decision but now the zombies eyes are miles outside of their head and all the smoke and fire effects in game are also a bit janky seemingly off centre and move when you either hard aim zoom in or pan the view left and right past them.
Then there's the Warmachine where every time I first fire it in to a group I get a pop up message box pausing the game momentarily and some of the medals that appear show a white box instead of what they are meant to. Other than that the new zombies map is kinda fun.

How do I get the Ray Tracing and 120fps mode unlocked ? I have it installed when you click right stick and have installed HD Textures and Ray tracing from the downloads but it’s always greyed out on Series X....
Anyone have any idea ?

You can't have Ray Tracing and 120hz active at same time. You need to turn Ray Tracing off in game, exit game set the console to 120hz in the display settings, go back in game and 120fps mode should be enabled but greyed out. This is how I got it to work with Cold War a Series X and Benq EX2780Q.
Does 120 not say enabled? You can't turn it on in-game it'll always be greyed out, it's a stupid set-up.
What screen are you connected to? Using the supplied HDMI cable?
Nope both are disabled.
LG C9 120Hz works perfect in other games. Strange both 120Hz and Ray tracing are both disabled. Just uninstalled Ray-Tracing and HD textures and re-installed and it’s still the same.....
Are you able to turn Ray Tracing on? Might be worth toggling on/off. Try going into game at 60hz.
Nope it’s always greyed out. Tried starting at 60Hz still greyed out.
Given up with it will work it out tomorrow...
How do you know if you have the X/S version installed other than the Ray tracing and 120HZ option. What I installed was 155GB and said it was the X/S version.
Edit - It’s working now, uninstalled everything and re-installed. Now can select ray tracing and 120Hz shows when settings set to it.
What a mess of a game install though. Ruddy Activision should have just made it smart delivery surely they make enough from it already.....

Glad your sorted. Agree with you, it is a mess and it should have been smart delivery. It's good the game has a 120Hz option, but it should be selectable in-game.
Whatever the latest one is called (fire zone?), has Japanese zombies in it, it's dire.
Seen the loading screen has changed, I assume this is for Season 2. Got put in a lobby this morning (couldn't sleep) against someone who was getting over 18000 score consistently. So frustrating to play against, they were using a Mac 10 and duel wield pistols, Awful noob weapons but you can't argue when they were doing so well. I was the only one left on my team by the end of the round as the others had rage quit.
