Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare / Warzone (Battlenet ID's in OP)

Just had about 10 games including Warzone with no crashes.

Seems like it was the Visual C++2015-2019 Redistributions that were part of GTAV launcher

Noob question. I'm level 60 already and I just run around killing happily.

What is the point in load out drops? I'm quite happy with the guns I find in the game. I like an LMG / RPG / Sniper combo.

What makes people rush to get their own loadout? Are the guns you choose that much better than the ones in game?

Mainly to get the field upgrades like ghost, cold blooded, munitions box and the tacticals like heart beat sensor.
Some of the weapons you just never seem to pick up too - SKS, Striker45, attachments on some of the weapons too. Never have I once picked up anything with a 5mw laser
You can buy a loadout for 10k (or it used to be 10k) which in BR in trios or quads is great. Split the cost, get one loadout and if everyone picks different you can arm your whole team with a munitions box, scanner, rpg's, snipers etc.

I've just played two games, voice chat broke in both of them. Second game seemed really laggy, the helicopter randomly crashed and killed 3 of our squad. It crashes at the end of every game now too.

Seems pointless playing it now, I had no issues before the last update.

This game is completly broken again.

The in-game voice chat doesn't work, suttering, freezing, crashed to desktop.

Me and my cousin both have same issues so we playing Apex now.

it's not working on his GTX 1070 rig or my RTX 2080 rig. We tried Warzone 4x.

Yeah I've given up. Got my shield gold and the combat knife needs 3 more 3 kill streaks and I have completed all the weapons. Now I get to use guns I actually like but with the launchers

On two occasions back to back game froze on me, then dev error 6038 I think. Had to quit game (task manager) then I uninstalled graphic card driver and reinstalled previous version of drivers that I had.

And now everything is back to normal for now. Untill they decide to release a mega update...

So it was a driver issue?

I'll report back when I get another crash. I can't understand why people say the game is broken and crashes when it works for the majority of people. It's just the game doesnt play nice with certain drivers/settings/programs or whatever else.
It's really not hard to troubleshoot and fix your own problems. Not directed at you Sho, just anyone saying 'the game's rubbish because it crashes' ...sort it out then!

Yes that was the only thing I did. Didn't do anything else.
As for game broken etc etc... I think some people are just fed up trying to find fixes for them then trying to work it out for them selfs..

Exactly, I thought the recent patch had broken it as it crashed after I applied the patch... I then realised I had installed some other random crap at the same time
Removed the stuff I installed and oh look, no more crashes!

My brother has been playing fine on a i5-2500k and GTX 970 GPU and 4x4Gb RAM. He has since built a new machine with an AMD 1600AF, 2x8Gb ballistix RAM, Gigabyte RX 590 GPU and MSI tomahawk Max. He keeps getting kicked for a Dev error 6068 now although mid build the new update arrived so we are unsure if it's related to the new build or the new update.
Having searched on wider internet, it seems a common problem again and no sign of a fix.

So far we have tried:
  • lowering graphics settings.
  • Lowering max GPU speed in adrenaline (maybe should do this in afterburner?)
  • changing video memory scale to 0.5
  • changing RAM speed.
  • all other games play perfect.
Other info, windows 10 is installed on one drive and have a separate drive for game installs.

Any other suggestions or can others advise what has worked for them. It's driving him bonkers.
