Probably. Caldera doesnt properly support ultrawide / 21:9. 3440 x 1440. There are glitches when zoomed in or not zoomed in. Mainly village and south beachhead but also other areas (Ruins it does it a bit)

Its not just when going ads in scope either and my friend has the same on his PS5 but very rarely. He's not ultrawide and plays on a 1080p tv - basically there a still a tonne of bugs on the map accross consoles and PC. Why they are working on another game instead of fixing the current one is beyond me.

I did notice the issues you were seeing with the ultra wide displays. Pretty poor really that it still hasn't been resolved. Maybe with next weeks season 2 update they may have some fixes for it.

I believe they have decided to start from the ground up for using the latest engine, Better graphics, Better performance etc etc. From what I read the main issues began once they integrated BOCW and is now at a point they can't recover from it. It will be a stand alone release too. I would happily pay for it if it kept the cheaters at bay mind you.

But yeh, id certainly pay for it if its anything like MW 2019
 
I give up with this game. Can't even play a full game without it crashing. I know nothing about pc gaming so not sure if I've been sold a broken system. I've got a ryzen 7 5800x & geforce rtx 3080 is this enough to run it
 
Damn SBMM is aggressive, got a new mouse the other day so I played a few rounds KB&M instead of controller. The mouse felt like I was cheating at first, and I got a dub.

Today, I've been in the level 1000 sweat fest lobbies against nowt but bunny hopping, gun rubbing, slide sweats.

Yeah I always end up in sweat fest lobbies playing solo.
 
Had a game of Plunder and 3 games of clash after the update. So far, very good.
No more scope (or any) glitches in ultrawide, the colour/display does seem slightly different to before but guess this is part of them fixing the glitches/bugs.
Clash was great fun. One on airfield, one in capital and one at beachhead - all very fun as clash was before. Airfield was funny, 1 side at one end of the runway, the other team at the other end. Everyone dropped to get planes and went for head on collisions or Kamikaze. I had one guy in the plane with me and 3 stood on the wings :D
 
I've not read the patch notes...but i heard something about they've put in AI enemy bots... :mad:

If this is true why, So annoying. Don't know about you guys but i want to play against real people not come across bots lol.. This is why I straight up refused to buy BF2042 because it had AI bots in it..

It's more an in game mission rather than you play against them.

It can be avoided completely
