The camo grind is so much easier in MW2 than MW2019. I remember it taking so long on MW2019, so I've decided to slow down on going for Orion (i.e. stop playing Shipment) otherwise I'll be out of challenges to do so earlier in the game's lifespan. I'm not sure I can be bothered to go for the Mastery Charms, they look a bit rubbish...but never say never!

I really wish there was more to do for people who play MP more regularly. I maxed the prestige level and battlepass ages ago, which makes getting any XP completely worthless at the moment. Season 2 is still weeks away!
 
Yeah it was tough getting Damascus in MW2019. Getting the RPG challenges completed was a bit of a nightmare as even counter UAVs were tricky to hit! But I did love Damascus and I even liked my Obsidian guns too. Was one hell of a grind though so I only had a handful of obsidian guns.

This game is really rubbish from a regular multiplayer point of view. I've gotten used to Tier1 now but I prefer Hardcore, the 6v6 maps aren't great and it feels like I only ever play the same ones. Border Crossing, Crown Raceway and Embassy. All the others rarely seem to pop up and I still haven't found a map I really love.

I also really miss the 10v10 playlist. MW19 had some brilliant 10v10 maps and it was so much more fun than the endless 6v6 gameplay.

Yeah the PDSW 528 (basically a P90) is a bullet hose.
 
So frustrating, my system is not overclocked, tweaked in any way for I get the odd crash at times, which means I lose my plate vests x3, and gun etc this is in DMZ

Which I am loving at the moment tbf

You don't need to buy the battlepass, Just use the tokens to unlock it.

I'll have to try that again then. Any chance you could provide more info? i find the interface so confusing... i went into the battlepass section, but everything i clicked on suggested i needed to buy it. or is there somewhere else i need to go in the menu to unlock the BAS-P?

At the bottom you should have a bit that says use tokens. I think you have to work from the left side towards the right. I unlocked one of the snipers and chimera assault rifle on the weekend doing just that.

I had no idea and had tonnes of tokens to use up.

I hate the thermal scopes in this game. Smoke and Thermal was my go-to style.

I don't generally use thermal scopes but did really like the Drexsom Prime-90 when I was doing the Platinum longshots with Marksman Rifles and Snipers.

I'm really not enjoying Wz 2 as much as I'd hoped at the moment so have jumped into more MP this last week. Currently making my way through the SMGs to get them all gold. I to reached 250 a long time ago so nothing else to work towards at the mo other than gun challenges. Good fun none the less.

You can go in any direction you want with the battle pass, find the quickest route to the item you want and unlock that way.
 
Regarding game crashes, I haven't had more than a couple, usually when the game tries to start from Battlenet, but none in game itself, even with my modest specs. However, when playing DMZ I do get serious pauses or freezes, usually at the start of most rounds or when entering a new, large area. The amount of times I have been wasted and lost all my good loot when that happens...so frustrating! (I have WZ installed on an SSD). However, I have learned. I don't do anything for a minute after loading in, then the game runs fairly well. I had a weird one last night. I played solo, just to build up my kit - a large backpack, 3 plate vest etc. and it actually was one of the best rounds I have ever played. Took down a team of three operators over at the police station with my trusty 25 round MX9 I had just picked up from a downed AI. Bagged all their loot, about $32 000 and a nice M4 then hoofed it to best exfil point. Job done in about 10 minutes.

Does anyone have mw2 with an 7900xtx, can you try the ingame benchmark tool. My score seems to be quite low in comparison to others. 140fps 1440p everything on ultra, with a 13700kf
