Same here; to me its just typical COD; fast paced multi-player; decent maps so far and a nice time sink.

Using W11 on my work machine and its been great so far... not willing to take the risk with the gaming machine though!

I'm also using Windows 11 on my game drive (dual booting) and haven't encountered any issues, I'm using high settings with on demand texture streaming. When you uninstall your current drivers I'd suggest using DDU and disconnect your internet until you've installed the new driver. I'm currently using 472.12 which happens to be the official recommended driver. You could also try reinstalling the game and removing any overclocks you have.

Thanks for the info, i will certainly try DDU and try the official recommended driver and see how it goes. I hope a patch arrives soon as its a nightmare for many i suspect

BO:CW is a buggy mess and randomly crashes, had it twice where it randomly refused to play now and either sporadically started working or needed a reinstall. So I'm not surprised of this will be the same
 
So played this for the last few days, my thoughts
  • TTK is way to high... seems it takes me 4-5 shots and everyone else 1-2
  • sound is awful. Warzone is bad enough but this is buggy as hell no matter what setting I use sounds seem dulled and too far away even when up close
  • Cheaters seems to be out in force pre aiming and shooting before I have even get round corners, cross hairs sticking ( could be why TTk seems so high
Right now just seems like **** fest of people trying to rank up weapons ready for warzone integration.

Going to stick to the campaign for the time being but heard that's all too good either.

Yeah I have heard Cold War is a mess still, I never bought that one. Well things seem more stable than before at least, on recommended drivers forced the game to run on direct x 11, lowered all graphics settings to low. I even had an annoying sound issue where your in a match and all you can hear is voice from the characters lol,
then full sound would return. Updated the Realtek drivers and that's sorted that. At this point activision can start paying me haaaa.

cant disagree. it feel cheap and rushed. MW 2019 was amazing, both titles since just feel second rate. i would imagine lots of people just want it for warzone. be included.
 
Pulled the trigger (pun intended) and purchased this over the weekend, accidentally bought the ultimate version and I have no idea how/why but oh well.

Enjoying it though, it seems the TTK is fast if you land headshots so I'm focussing on that. Only played a couple of hours but been working on the M40 and enjoying it.
 
So still crashing after changing just about everything. I even changed an operator skin which I hear can crash the game lol. I have resulted in uninstalling and reinstalling this, this time I have installed on my 2nd m.2 drive see what that does. Shame as I am quite enjoying the TTK and general game play

Yes these guns seem to be the ones to use. Quite frustrating as the mp40 once you get to level 70 is so much better than standard. So the sweats are cleaning up in many maps with a far superior variant
