Can a vegan diet make me strong. Let's find out.

I thought stronglift you do your MAX weight + 2.5kg every workout? I was going to do 77.5kg again but couldn't find the micros so did 80kg. Then I was surprised as I struggled on 77.5kg last week but I managed a nice 85kg at the end from all them bananas.

Yep give me till Friday! Then you can rip into my form :D

I had trouble finding the right weight to start from and sometimes I stall on it. I can't squat right now, my groin still hurts but it's almost recovered. I did leg curls/extensions. Edited the rows.

Well considering you already jumped from 77.5 to 80 and then to 85.. you already broke it?

If it was stronglifts, then you would have stuck to 80 despite it being too light. ;)

Look at that MAAAAAAASSS.

What mass? I've seen more mass at an empty church on a Sunday afternoon.

I feel a little more retarded reading every update....

Also what did he get banned for finally? :D

Looking at his post history it seems he posted some more inane/stupid stuff in GD which was noticed by mods there.

I'm glad it's not a permaban though. I'd miss the lies and banana-phallic obsessiveness that Nate loves to post.

I find the whole vegan/vegetarian argument of respecting life completely hypocritical and self righteous. plants are living organisms (which also produce the oxygen we breathe).

why is it ok to kill them but not animals to feed ourselves?

the reality is that we need to sustain ourselves whether we eat meat, vegetables or both and in the process we take life. the key is to do it in a sustainable manner by avoiding excessive consumption and waste

my 2 cents

That feel when someone is 5kg behind your working sets bench weight (granted I do 3x8), then he posts a picture looking like a malnourished homo. What make be leaf!
