Just a guess

This looks like HEX format. Append 0x to each. Then using a script loop over each and get the RGB colour value. Put each three numbered pair into the RGB section in ms paint and get the colour it produces. Then create a square of each colour and it probably produces an image.
....probably couldn't be assed actually doing it. If somebody could, let me know and tell me whether this answer was a load of crap.
