Its gone to the tribunal and there's 15 days for each party to respond, then other delays. Don't expect anything for a month at least.
 
Got a beer cooling in the fridge for FP2 :D (needs to be more gp's in this sort of time zone after actually reading when stuff happens this weekend)

Apparantly raining quite a bit in Montreal at the mo.
 
If the FIA said it was ok, let the test happen, and then take Mercedes to court for running the test, isn't that entrapment?

I know Charlie is not the rule maker, but he is still part of the wider governing body of the sport. Could this see penalties applied in both directions?
