Capital One Cup Semi-Final ** Spoilers ** [5/6/26/27th January 2016]

What happened with pens, there used to be a rule you couldn't stutter your run, then it got changed to you could stutter it seems but you still aren't supposed to stop your run right before you kick it. IE you can change your speed up to the last step or so.

Yet refs never seem to do anything about it, or have they got rid of that rule completely now>?

You can't stop entirely and start again I believe, so nothing wrong with any of these, it is still pretty dumb doe.
 
Just checked it, yup, you can feint in your run up, but not as you're not supposed to as you hit the ball so the final step or so you shouldn't. I hate seeing players do that and it's supposed to be against the rules, for me Benteke should have had the goal disallowed then... I don't know, if you take a kick against the rules would it not count or would you retake?

If a keeper is off their line it isn't a default goal is it?
