If it goes to penalties then , looking at the 2 teams, I'd say Stoke have the more likely players capable of scoring penalties. However , strange things happen in penalty shootouts, so you just never know.

I tend to fancy the home team for pens but like you say, you never know really...

Considering the players you'd expect to be taking penalties for Stoke: Bojan, Arnautovic and Adam are all off the pitch, have to fancy Liverpool's chances.

Butland on the other hand is clearly the better keeper, so this could be interesting.
