Car keys

I don't.
My day always used to say that too much weight on the car keys could cause damage to the ignition key socket - but then he told me that when I was a wee kiddy, and I'm almost 40 now :)

I just get in the habbit of having a single key plus fob on my car keys and the rest of my "bunch" seperate.

This was always an issue with Vauxhalls.

The other danger from keeping all your keys on one fob is that, in the event of a collision, you run a good chance of ending up with the dangling keys embedded in your kneecap!

(Mind, I still do it! :/ )

Yes of course, otherwise I need to carry 2 sets of keys. My theory is that if you separate keys you are more likely to lose a set by accident if you put them in the same pocket i.e pull out 1 set that snags another and they drop on the floor without you realising.

My house key is attached to my car key but that's it. It stays in my pocket anyway as I have keyless entry / start.

No. House keys are on a keyring (bottle opener ofc), car keys are loose. Some days I need one car, some the other - I don't want both keys in my pocket, too bulky.

Been that way for at least 3 years, since we rearranged our cars such that Mrs Cheesyboy tends to have the family car during the week, whilst I use the runaround, and I drive the big car at weekends - haven't lost a key yet.

I'm exactly the same. House keys are on the same bunch as the car keys, but keyless entry and keyless start means that they never leave my pocket.

Generally I carry 2 or 3 sets of keys.

Car key - nothing on it apart from a keyring in the form of a dog tag, can't have anything else on it otherwise it rattles/jingles when in the ignition and drives me mad.

House keys

Work keys

Yes i have Mercedes so i don't need to worry about it :P I sometime break them into 2 or 3 sets of keys :P Free feel to upload photo of your keys guys.

Always kept all my keys together. Never even thought that it could damage the ignition housing. Never had any problems with any of my cars though in that regard.

Getting a car with keyless entry and start next week though so i guess it will become irrelevant.

Everything on one keyring. I'd end up leaving house without one set of keys otherwise. If I cant drive my car without bringing my house key along for the ride, then I'm safe from doing that!
