Car keys

I separate my car key when I drive to avoid putting too much pressure on the ignition switch, then clip it back on the main clipper along with my house keys.

Yes of course. When I first got the Lexus the key was a bit iffy so I had it separate. You know what, lost it after only about a week or 2.

Keep my house keys and car keys separate. I'd be screwed if I lost them so would rather minimise the chance of losing everything at once.

No as I often go out of the house without using the car - and we have 2 cars, and I'm not carrying a set of car keys for the sake of it. For a start it makes it bulky for no good reason.

I keep my car key seperate from my house keys.

Annoys me when I drive the Mrs car as she has more key rings hers than actual keys. Pictures, torches, badge type ones from places we've been. Annoying!

Problem?

If someone wants to steal my car (LOL etc.) then they can have the car key and I can get into my home still. I only use the car for fun too so don't see the point in having that key on my home set which I need every day.

I have a main house key on each set of car keys and just take the car keys I need, all my other keys for houses or other things are kept at home unless I need them.

That orbitkey does look good, especially if it can stop the keys from rattling around in the pocket and poking me in the leg, what are they really like?

Nope, always keep them separate. Never liked having a huge bunch of keys in my pocket so have always tried to only carry what I need. Also touch wood I can't say I've ever lost or forgotten a bunch of keys. With that in mind having all my keys on one keyring just feels like a disaster waiting to happen.....that one time I do lose my keys, the value of what I've lost increases lol

I just have an unbranded non-remote VW key on a limited edition brushed alloy and carbon fibre Mercedes AMG keyring, along with my Tesco clubcard. :p

I got the keyring at the Festival of Speed one year, and it was sitting in a drawer, so I thought I may as well put it to use. :)

House key is seperate, and is just a single key on a keyring, along with an Intel Celeron with a hold drilled through it, acting as a keyfob.

Don't want them together in-case they get lost or stolen.
