Since about April/May someone has been parked in my space that is allocated to me on my leasehold. I bought a car last week so i now need to use it.
I've called the car park management who said the warden would be around to issue a ticket, that was 2 weeks ago and nothings happened. The housing association keep referring me back to the car park management company(PCM). I called PCM again and they told me to download an app where i could self enforce a parking ticket which involves taking some pics and uploading them with a description and the person the car is registered too will get a ticket in the post. Is that even possible? I would have thought only the DVLA would have the car owners address.
If the car doesn't move where do i stand legally? I did get a report on said car and it was written off in Sept 22 and then changed ownership in January.
Parking wars are the worse!
I’d be polite at first as mistakes happen, if it keeps happening …..things change haha
its a blue Honda CIVIC EX VTEC CVT according to the report i got. Written off sept 22 yet currently has valid mot and tax.imo OP needs to post pic of offending car as proof and to inspire ideas on what to do.
Was thinking exactly the sameimo OP needs to post pic of offending car as proof and to inspire ideas on what to do.
Potato in the exhaust, no?Shift it with your car and a tow rope dump it outside the town hall. Or place plastic tubs with batteries and wire under it so it looks like a bomb and report it to MI4 or MI5 . If that fails glue yourself to it .
Ahh so she's paying you that waySomeone parks in my allocated space in our building garage. Even though I don't have a car here I was a bit aggrieved that someone had decided to take my spot (it's very conveniently located in the garage close to the building entrance) until one day I found out that the owner of the car is a hot Ukrainian MILF, and now strangely I am not so bothered.
Men are so weak![]()

Speak to your local council, if it hasn't moved for months and isn't taxed etc they may treat it as an abandoned vehicle and get it removed.
I was surprised it took to the end of page one before someone mentioned poo.
Just to make sure they definitely can't move it?Balaclava cordless drill ,sidewalls ventilated but nothing too drastic
