ETH is such a gem. He is the boss. As Ferdinand just said, there's nobody bigger than him at the club now.
To be fair as others have pointed out before, he at least kept faith with him unlike a lot of United fans.

Luke Shaw and Rashford have been turned to some of the best on form players in their respective positions in world football at the moment.
He also handled the Ronaldo and Maguire situation perfectly.
Fred, AWB, De Gea, Dalot have been revitalised under him. Not to mention all the players that have been brought in have hit the floor running. The guy has a 72.5 percent win percentage after 40 games in charge. That is only going to get better with hopefully new owners and the missing pieces coming in the summer to do a real title charge next season.

United just look like a "team" now - hard working, look like they want to win for each other.
Martinez is a terrier - loves it - scrapping, digging in, great player to root for - fans love that.
Casemiro just oozes class - reads the game so well - big money, big wages but 100% justifying it at the moment.
ETH has them working harder, playing better, looking fitter - Long may it continue.
