Champions League Spoilers 21st/22nd Feb

2-1 to Barca was a fair result imo. The sending off was very very harsh, should have been a definite yellow though. Barca should have had a penalty for a stonewall Terry foul, and had the majority of the ball. Once they scored, Chelsea didn't get a sniff and brilliant move for the Eto'o goal.

Definitely a sending off, two bad challenges on Messi. But in the second (rugby) tackle they both made a meal of it and Messi possibly should have been yellow carded. And Andy Gray talking his usual nonsense, does he ever let the other guy speak? Does my head in.

Barcelona deserved to win, Terry was fantastic, own goal was very unlucky but he kept a few out of the Chelsea net tonight.

I'm exhausted after watching that. What a game!

Barca deserved their win. They worked damn hard and showed they wern't just a bunch of skillful prima donna's.

Terry really didn't deserve to be on the losing side tonight If only it was him challenging Eto on the far post for his goal.

The Barca players were celebrating at FT as if they were already through. I don't think its quite over yet.

Before the game i wanted Barca to win.
After seeing their cheating, playacting & their 12th player, i wanted them to get leathered by Chelsea.
Trust me. If they win Chelsea and get through, i want them to meet Juve.
Juve will give them their rear on a plate.

For the first time in years, 'come on chelsea!'.

Ouch what a loss by Chelsea, no way should that Del horno have been sent off....even though i dont like Chelsea i still feel that sending off was quite harsh tbh.

But well done to Barca, stunning goal by Eto and quite funny that first half it was a Barca own goal and second half Terry put an own goal in to tie the game up....

Hopefully Barca will finish them off in the 2nd leg, it will very interesting to watch though.

Im ecstatic!! Its not surprising the bar i went to everybody wanted Barca to win! Del Horno should have gone, no arguments; his first challenge was disgusting on Messi's knee and was worthy of a red card, and he went for Messi in that corner and not the ball, typical Mourinho tactics. Basically it evens itself out so del horno deserved to go. And how does John Terry get away with it all the time? He brings messi down then hand balls it too? Every single time Chelsea handball they get away with it.

Barcelona should have had 5, they were all over Chelsea.

What goes around comes around :) , nice one Barca!

Fantastic game!
Horrendous refere!
First Del Horno challenge on Messi was brutal. Second was clumsy and noway a Red CARD!! grrrrrr.

Chelsea played amazing with 10 men and dominated barca untill the 70 min mark.
I despise some of the Barca players behaviour, well its typicall for spanish and italian leagues. Always moaning and whining.
Ferreira was excellent! Ronaldinho was nearly eliminated by him and geremi after they had swapped sides.

Chelsea can do it, im sure.

can you believe the interview with Mourinho on sky sports
he wants uefa to repeat the game

i know it wasn't a red card etc but stuff like this happen in football all the time he should just get over it

it almost looked like he wanted to cry

Chelsea did well with 10 men but overall Barcelona had more possession and better chances. Those 2 away goals are vital for them. Del Horno's first challenge was as brutal as the second, the difference being he went for the ball in the first one. It really should have been a second yellow instead of a red but that just sums up the refereeing.

They haven't made it easy on themselves, needing a win in the Nou Camp. But it's sure to be another good game. :)
