Just seen the Chelsea game and quite frankly the ref should be shot, where do they get these idiots from. I dont like Chelsea but he has single handedly ruined their chances. Two yellow cards and get on with the game.

He ruined nothing, Chelsea played better with 10 men as it happens, they were hoofing the ball until then, to claim its ruined their chances when Barca played the far superior football, created more chances and had a blatent penalty turned down, youve got to be mad.
I would be happy with only a 1 goal difference against probably the best club side in the world.
They were also the best team in the tournament last year, but were robbed by cheating, funny that.

I guess you're talking about the Carvalho incident? No mention of their keeper cheating to get Drogba sent off though...

Dirty cheating Chelsea and their fouling and their diving and their fouling and diving, and their dirty horrible pitch that they foul and dive on. And that Mourinho too, he's a right dirty smug cheater.

Happy now? :p

Shocking by Barthez. Boro 1 down.

The Chelsea pitch was shocking. The ball didn't run very well, however in fact it hurt Chelsea more in the 2nd half as it seemed to take its toll on the 10men. Seemed an odd choice to water it too.

There was further embarrassment for Chelski today when the club's fans voted that Assier Del Horno deserved to be sent off against Barcelona.

Polled on Chelski's official website, 58% had declared at 12pm that 'Yes, Del Horno should have been sent off'.

There was no official word from Chelski revealing how many fans had voted on the poll, or what action the club were considering taking against them.

Bolton will still go through though with the away goal wont they?

Middlesborough may be screwed though if things stay the same

Should've been off for the first challenge by the looks of it anyway, he could've ended Messi's career early with that one, the second challenge he completely flys by the balls and straight into the player, even kicks him on the way in, definite red.
