CHELSEA Manager Ancelotti leaves Chelsea

Carlo Ancelotti has been sacked as manager of Chelsea FC . He got told this news half way down the M1 motorway when Roman kicked him off the team coach for finishing joint 2nd in the Premiership. Carlo is currently in a taxi towards the Kings Road area he will then jump on the Picadilly line towards East London. Apparently he is about to meet someone called Karren....beware your twitteroos! lol

It has to be Hiddink, shirley? Isn't he already on their payroll or something?
They would be mad to bring him back. Not only is he too old he's also massively overrated. Other than an FA Cup he's done nothing outside of Holland other than get sacked at most club sides he's managed at.

Oh yeah, not saying hes the right man - just it seems like he is their choice. Really hope Ancelotti doesn't just jump into another job, especially if it's West Ham :/ (not like that is too likely!).

Hiddink got respect because he did what he set out to do, and stayed true to his word when many fans wanted him to stay. I don't know if he is the answer chelsea need, though.

If and when RA leaves, you'll be up **** creek.

I half mentioned it at the end of the January transfer window - I wouldn't be surprised if RA drops Chelsea in the next ~3 years.

His actions are getting more and more desperate, with UEFA's ffp regulations coming into play (and Chelsea showing no sign of meeting them) and his obligations to Russia's WC bid, it strikes me as if he's making 1 final push for the CL.

I'm sorry but the notion that Roman will drop chelsea in a few years is ridiculous. This is a man who watches reserve matches in a near empty stadium, that's more commitment than most chelsea fans. I think his love for the club is far more than opposition fans seem to think.

I cant believe nobody has mentioned Louis Van Gaal, his similar to Guus Hiddink and he plays great attacking football. Ok he had a bad season at Bayern but I'm sure his got the balls to take on Chelsea. If Roman wants him he best be quick, because rumours are suggesting Van Gaal going to Juventus.

If he loved the club why would he keep sacking managers

As a fan, I'm disappointed. Yes ancelotti didn't seem to have the best tactics at times but he did fantastically well in his first season and came second in this one. I think he should have stayed.

And now who can we get? Certainly no one with better credentials. The porto manager is definitely not moving on this season, and all the great managers are not available right now. If turkey go out of the euros hiddink would be good but I'm not convinced that will happen.

RA needs to be more realistic about the fact that we can't win something major every season.

He's just very demanding. He wants to be winning things. This leads to some short-sighted decisions but RA is going nowhere. :)

As a Chelsea fan it's kinda disheartening the lack of faith the club has in it's managers. One bad season and it's all over. That kind of pressure can destroy a decent manager all on it's own.

Alas there's nothing I can or anyone can do about it, so let's just hope that the next manager wins every single game otherwise we'll be replaying this all over again.

I feel sorry for Carlo, hope he stays in England, I like the bloke :)

Agreed completely.

A really nice bloke who in his first season won the double. This season he had to put up with quite a bit, i.e. John Terry situation, also an owner who brought a player he didn't want (Carlo wanted Pato from Milan).

I really hope West Ham snap him up, which hopefully be the best thing the management have done since they brought the club.

With all due respect to West Ham, they're not really in a great position to be attracting someone who is quite as good as Ancelotti. If they do then it's quite a coup for them but I'd say he was a cut above what West Ham would normally expect to be able to attract.

Chelsea manager sacked LOL and My club still sticking with wenger after 6 years!

cant see why chelsea sacked their manager. Arsenal are in a far worse state then chelsea yet Wenger the untouchable

carlo to replace wenger!

I'm getting the strangest feeling you want Wenger to go, I'm not sure why though.

I think it's location more than anything else, he wouldn't have to move.

He should come down the Wolves, McCarthy has done all he can I think.
