I've no reason to have anything against any of those teams except Chelsea, and you can't argue against their current squad.

BUT
That doesnt make him world class!
Some players do get in for world class teams and there country week in week out eg Xavi, Ze Roberto but that doesnt make them world class. This phrase gets thrown about way to much nowadays. World Class should mean that very few and I'm talking single figures here should be even mentioned. Joe Cole is a very good player and may be one day world class.

Cant wait for to watch Shevchenko and Henry alight the Premiership. Gonna be an awesome league next year with loads of stars.

Rooney is a good player, but I don't think we rely on him as much as people make out. He didn't score a single goal in any of England's ten preliminary games to get to the World Cup. I'd still put him in the team if he was fit because he can change the game in an instant, but we've still got a great chance without him.
The thing with Shevchenko is that even though he has off days like everyone else, he still scores on them. Chelsea have got themselves a very special player, but I'd love for Milan to draw them in the CL next season - what a game

No matter what you say Rooney is a star, he'll just be an even bigger star in the future. Ok maybe he hasn't got the consistency of an Henry but in the big games he always performs. As for Gerrard i wasn't comparing them all as strikers but as stars.

Ronny? Nah, can't go with that I'm afraid. Messi is similar to Rooney in that they're going to be great and they're already pretty special but they need more time to be at the top.
