Very true, yet listening to the media this morning you'd hardly know this was the case. No-one suggested to the Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police on R4 this morning that the reason her force was so ineffective in this case was because of the fear of being branded racist. She said it was because her officers didn't have the full picture until recently, yet other forces such as GMP had the full picture for some time and didn't act.
 
Isn't it odd how the recent child abuse scandals involving famous white predominantly Christian men, their ethnicity or faith are never mentioned in the media.

Adjust your blinkers guys. There's child sex abuse all over the world by every group. Thinking that immigration is the problem here is very narrow minded.

The crime of child sexual abuse is vile and I'm sure we're all aware / agreed on that. Addressing the problem of xenophobia and if we shut our borders that this isn't going away is important.
 
Seems people are more focused on the race of the people convicted than the crime itself. As people have pointed out there are currently a number of high profile, white celebrities on trial for sex abuse/rape claims.

I've not once seen anyone on here saying "Bloody Whites! yada yada yada" It's a horrible crime no matter what race committed it and I hope them getting found guilty brings some closure to their victims.

Yesterday someone tried to break into one of my properties and a neighbour caught him in the nick of time.....

The would be burglar was caucasian and not black as one had expected. I feel infuriated by this and demand a refund of taxes paid to this great country.

I suspect it is worse than that.

Griffin was making a big issue about this issue nearly 10 years ago! The authorities have known about this for a long time! they chose not to do anything about it because they preferred to allow the situation to continue rather than risk "Throwing the BNP a Bone" by acting on it!

No I signed up for help with OC'ing if you checked the welcome section you would see the thread I started. I was just shocked at the amount of racism in that post London is a multicultrial city (as are most cities in the UK). If you don't like it in London move to where you would like to live.

Some members can debate the issue at hand and not join the pitchfork crew though. As I said and sensible debate will be sidelined.

Oh and thank you for saying how these men are SCUM for raping children..oh wait.
 
What people need to understand is that statistically speaking most sexual assault & rapes happens from members of the perpetrators own community (usually same ethnicity).

A while women is most likely to be raped by a white man, a white child is most likely to be raped/molested by a white man (due to the fact most abuse occurs at the hands of family & friends of the family).

Statistics on crime with different ethnic factors always seem to miss out half of the variables, if you over-lay socio-economic class & compare "like for like" most the differences tend to dissolve.

The problem is people using bias data & thinking it's statistically sound, or people who simply just don't understand statistics.

The earlier graph does show one thing, that most crimes in the UK are done by white people (which is correcting the earlier comment about it "always being ethnics" - which isn't the same as "increased statistical propensity to be involved in X crime" ) which is flawed anyway as it lacks the required variables to make that assumption.
 
Just for the record I would like to say that I don't think race, immigration status or religion has anything to do with these cases.
