Had cause to speak to eVGA yesterday with regards to problems with an 8800GTS, and was more than pleased with the service I received both in the UK and via email in Germany. The only downside was they wanted me to RMA a brand new card to them over Xmas, not gonna happen.
Have sorted DSR return with OCUK and will order the BFG GTX to replace it.
