Completed but not sure what data you are hoping to take from it. Could do with a few more questions to break down why people object to the cost, some might not want to pay anything no matter what while others might be prepared to pay if the services / space offered was competitive.

Thank you for your input . Really, as I mentioned before, it's due to limitations on word counts, coupled with the lack of having researched anything before!

Perhaps I could have squeezed that question in, though. Definitely something worth mentioning in my appendices.

FWIW - I'm a huge fan and advocate for cloud storage - it has started to transform the way we work in the Engineering industry, and has enabled a lot of process improvement and innovation to be delivered. Long may it continue!
