Cobra Kai

Doesnt really give too much away. It shows some random clips from scenes, from possibly a few episodes. Its only a few minutes long. Each episode is what, 45 mins roughly with 8 in a season.

I'd hardly say the trailer gives the whole season away at all.

Just saw the final episode of season 2. Loved the long scene in the school. Good old classic fun.

Might watch Karate Kid 2 and 3 over Christmas now. Won't bother with 1 as I've seen it too many times.

Did Netflix re-cut it then? It's only 20 something mins an episode with 10 in a season.

They did something similar with La Casa De Papel which meant each episode just randomly ended abruptly.

It does give away something, just the image without playing the trailer. For example I didn't even watch the trailer and yet before I saw the season I see:

That Miguel ends up in some kind of neck brace presumably with a damaged back/spine, my guess was from a rivalry and fight with another kid, most likely including some kind of foul play

EDIT: It was the date announcement that gave it away not the trailer. That should definitely not have been posted. Why the hell does someone need to watch a video to find out a date. Just type it.

The fight you are talking about actually happened in season 2. It was the very end of the last episode. He fell over a railing during a brawl.

So no the trailer hasn't spoiled season 3, as the actual events surrounding his ending in hospital was from season 2.

The date announcement video I mentioned above (posted by shadow) gave away something that happens at the end of season 2. There will be those that might not have seen season 2 yet. I have now.

They shouldn't read the thread then. It's not reasonable to expect the thread to stay spoiler free on an episode that aired 18 months ago. We have rules covering spoilers for this reason.

Just finished Season 2 yesterday and one thing that has struck me is the prodigious amount of drink driving that happens! :o

The good old days. I remember my Dad waiting outside the off-licences at 6:59pm on a Sunday, as they couldn't sell drinks until 7pm. My mate's dad used to keep tins of Kestral Super under the drivers' seat.

I think the show makes fun of that type of stuff, amongst all the modern cancel-offended-snow-flake culture.
