Going on that thesis, All games should be caped at 30fps @ 1024x768 as not everyone has quad SLI/Xfire @ 4k

Well it's much quicker to aim with a mouse than a controller so I guess a little aim assist helps even it up a bit for guys who like playing with a pad. People get there knickers in a twist about the slightest things.

90FPS cap is wrong I have seen people on streams playing @ 144 FPS.
