I cant get it to install I get an error message from vista saying it requires elevation?? no idea what that means.

seriously though, what is the wording of the full error?
are you trying to install as an admin?

You will probably need to right click on the shortcut and select run as Administrator.

Love the new touches that were always really required, like the ability for your troops to call instant airlifts out of danger

I find the game a bit unbalanced.

I tried the demo campaign, you basically pwn every units with just 5 mammoths Lol.

apc - infantry
mamoth tank - everything else
buggy things - planes, if they use them

played the skirmish and you can take them out in 3 mins after you get hold of those.

I like the juggernauts

remind me of 2142

Visually, im very impressed very good game, seems the engine holds up even with about 40 infantry squads on the field vs about 10 of the CP's

Really loving RTS now,

CoH
Starcraft - both

Been spending large amounts of time on them instead of FPS games.

who the hell cares about the rest of the game (which is awesome btw, i thought westwood broke up, that was a bad day, then i found out about CnC3, that was a good day :])

Heh, never before has a game had me saying "BAI!" to the computer when I Ion Cannon it's base, LOL!

I also think it's a bit imba, however even on Hard NOD won't use it's good tanks on me, i'm guessing the demo is meant to be easy.

great game, reminds of te good old C&C, great graphics aswell, runs flawlessly maxed out, shadows looks crap though, but overall very good.

Just beat a 'HARD' AI on skirmish, i kill 250, lost 56

How many of you have sent in engineers to take control of NOD buildings? I managed to get their constuction yard and have a play about with NOD's stuff. Seems pretty cool, the nuke does a lot of damage and there is the catalyst missile as well. I can't wait to be able to buy this!

yeh, i did this, some great nod units, liking the avatar warmech particularly, especially with the stealth and rail gun i stuck on him

Yeah i think it's a great idea for a unit, i was trying to find out how many things i could add to him. Then i sent in a nuke and blew him up anyway lol

For people with lower spec machines, I'm running 3200xp, 9800xt, 1gig ram, x-fi sound card. Have the res at 1280 by 1024 with all setting at medium and no AA. Runs smooth as anything, so i'm very happy.
