NETWORK ISSUES AFFECTING MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS
We apologise to those customers that suffered an outage yesterday but service should now be restored.
If you’re still experiencing any issues getting online, please power off the fibre box and WiFi router, turning them back on again after a short period. Your connection may take 1 min to 3 mins to re-establish.
Please check ethernet is in the correct port: best to remove and place back in. Please note, the router should be the only device connected to the modem (Adtran/Huawei).
To find out if you are affected by an outage in your area, please log into
My Account where you will be able to get the latest updates. (The browser automatically refreshes the screen every 10 minutes so you will get updates as they happen.)
