Have now finished Dremelin' my case, fill port is in, rad is on, pump is in and some tubing connected, now waiting on motherboard, CPU, soundcard and cathode tubes
Also managed to pick up a brand new 7600GS XT for £70!!! Only for backup machine, will have my trusty 7800GTX 512 in my main machine with Maze on it of course

Hehehehehe its a Gigabyte Aurora case but removed (well more like dremel'd it off) the bottom HDD tray to improve the airflow from the front 12cm fan
Waiting on a replacement Bad Axe and the E6600, already got my G.Skill HZ memory. Took a few pics last night as a "work in progress" just be gentle when I post as its my first WC rig
Had to mount the rad upside down for a decent fit on the back but can bleed it on its side Also managed to pickup an SATA Samsung DVD drive for £30 so no clutter on the cable front
Anybody with a Bad Axe actively cooling the VRM? Was debating on whether to build a bracket to get a 12cm fan in the case at 5v blowing on them.

Thanks for reporting the temps guys, what do you recon the max safe NB temp should be. I've replaced the stock heatsink for a better one with fan & AS5, reseating it once because the temps to me were so high.
Was hitting 55 under 2 min load last night (high room temps), but it's idling now at 47 (medium room temps), just seems i'm getting higher temps than some.
Still using cpu stock cooler until the water equip arrives but i'll post some stock bench pics

Yonah is long gone after i blew the mobo. Shame cos it was a nice setup apart from lacking raid.
The Conroe is awaited - had very bad luck trying to get an ES (nearly lost a small fortune trying - thankfully, despite many threads i have read, paypal were excelent and got me all my monies back - phew)
TBH i'm nearly at the point of having had enough re-conroe... the wait has been very painfull.
Currently using an 805 at 3.6Ghz to tide me over. But the new case is installed and running - although its compact and the CPU temps are up the chipset temps are lower than in my Stacker. have to say this Zalman case is the dogs

Got a phone-call from home, my parts arrive including the X6800 and i'm at work.
Mmhhh i've been waiting 3 days for this I thought it would never arrive for the weekend.
Only 4 more hours left at work
I'm all giddy like a school-girl.... biggest h/w change in 4 years.
