US: Continuum

I'm now convinced that the good guys (Keira and colleagues in the future) are the bad guys and the bad guys are in fact the good guys.

I thought that was obvious from the first episode of season 1! It's just Keira doesn't realise which side she's on yet

Last episode had so much going on. There was the first grineworthy moments in this last episode. When travis and sonya kissed and both groups of henchmen just followed them away. Thought was pretty cheesy, but first time that has happened so far. It is realy moving a long a lot faster now, that it was at the start of the season.

You are the man - season 1 episode 1 you already worked it out.
Awesome.

Errr yeah, it's blatantly sign posted from the beginning! In the future big bad corporations rule the world and who is keeping the citizens in line?

It's the whole bloody premise of the show! Are you actually awake when you watch it??

Are you? The line isn't as simple as "good guys vs bad guys", because liber8 harm innocents.

I just watched the first one again, they are clearly labeled as the baddies.
You are awesome.
I bet you worked out Lost on the 1st episode also.

pretty much this.

theseus who is part of (or even started) liber8 kills thousands of people and plotted to kill more as well, etc.

thing is the bad corporations are working within the law, whereas liber8 aren't.

therefore you can see how both of them are the bad guy's.

basically to kill a wolf you need to become a wolf type thing.

I get the feeling the big companies are the law lol

Same as in our world big companies can do loads of stuff little ones hjave no chance of doing because they have no weight

A very interesting ending - so much happened in those last few minutes!

Is this already renewed for S03? Can't wait if so :D

I hope Alec does bring his girlfriend back somehow - I like that actress - good looking polish lass!

Yes this has been renewed. It was green lit by the Canadian company that made it after episode 3, and now syfy in the USA have said they are going to show season 3 in the USA and prob here as well.

Wow on the season 2 finale ..... Not since seasons finales 1 & 2 of Fringe has a sci-fi show made me go "Holy ****balls, can't wait for next season" :D

Really nice twist with Jason, turns out its Alec's son hence the DNA match!

yea I was also blown away by the season finale. They did a realy good job. I will have to watch it again when it comes out on bluray in the off season to try and better understand that end part. So it turns out that escher is alecs dad, well he says he is, but the freelancers referred to escher as Sadler. Whats crazy though is how he sends his son back (jason) and a younger jason caused the incident in the future that sends them back. But obviously jason has had time in the glass prison at the freelancers as that is what he was so scared of. This means that jason has gone back in time at some point and been put in there before. But older alec said that he sent kiera back on purpose. I guess the whole thing starts with alec going in time. That is the first point in history timeline where someone went back in time and that changes everything. But then the freelancer talked about multiple timelines which further confuses the story. I don't know where this is going in season 3. Now carlos has left the police and joined liberate. The whole thing made kiera out to be the bad person. Why didn't the freelancers capture escher and put him in a prison? that must mean that escher has never time travelled, well i am not sure. The whole thing has got confusing.

I was very impressed with season 2.

Alec's surname is Sadler ;)

I loved the finale. I spent the vast majority of the episode thinking it was all a set up for season 3 going to be in the future then boom they scuppered that assumption in 2 minutes flat and it went in a completely different direction lol.

When the time travel device goes off in the execution chamber, I think it's the very first time that time travel has naturally occurred without the influence of people who have already traveled through time.

My theory is that the further away from the device a person is, the further back through time they get thrown. When they initiated the device, I'm pretty sure Kiera runs in and pushes Kagame backwards, which is why he ends up popping up weeks later.

Then there's Jason who was at the stem of the power device fighting with the Freelancer, who lands in the 90s. Then the other protector who was the furthest out in the field who ends up in the 70s.

Time travel wrapped in time travel, it makes Terminator theory look simple :D

Where is alec now? Is he in the future or the past. Could he go back and tell his dad to start it all. Is he in 3 times lines? So confusing.
