Convince me to buy a 360 (or not)

I just ordered one online from game(can i say there name? ) they are in stock its says less than 10 units when i ordered mine, i've gone for the premium 360 a wireless control and DOA 4 cost £344. Just need to get pgr 3 and ill be happy

(well happier).

Only 2 left according to the web site now(13:20)

Just a quick question the live silver membership that comes with the console is that for a month and what is not avalible with a silver that is with a gold ?

Silver is totally free and is always available, there is no 'period' after which it will run out. Its there so you can still make use of the games being 'Live aware'.

You get a free 1 month Gold trial when you sign up for Live though.

The difference betweem that and the paid for Gold service, is that you cannot compete online in games. I'm not sure if affects the ability to upload scores etc. to leaderboards though.

Apart from that I dont think there any difference, but no doubt in the future there will be stuff on marketplace to download that will only be available to Gold subscribers.

Yup, without being on the Gold service you cant play against anyone.

Any idea when i should expect my console? never bought from them before doubt there service is as good as that of Ocuk.

You ******* Ive still been trying all day. At work almost all pictures are blocked on the internet so I couldnt see what was in stock online. Game are telling me tuesday at the latest for more premiums.

The gits didnt send me an email to say they had them back in stock

Parcelforce is open on saturdays. You lucky *******

no no, i still LOVE sonys kit. However, for the first time since befvore PS1, I am not sure they can compete, even if their hardware comes up trumps there will already be an xbox in more than 50% of the hardcore gamers homes, therefore better market for game devs therefore MS for the win!

I dunno lots of people I know with ps2 arent even considering the xbox. I hear all the time "i'm just gonna wait for ps3" Myself I will probably end up with both.

Sorry danny i did post on here for your benefit hoping you could get one too, sure it wont be long you have to wait tho. Im pretty sure ill end up with both consoles too eventually when sony pull there finger out :rolleyes:
