im goin the butchers for meat to make this today

gonna get a tin of corn beaf and cut it in to chunks to add aswell. corn beaf goes well with beans

back to the butchers today for sausage and bacon.

didnt have any corn beaf so put in some peperoni left over from making pizza. is currently in the oven for 10 mins or so.

next time mite put chicken in also.

Looks nice but I can no longer eat beans hung over else I imagine this would be lifesaving.
I ate some of those disgustingly salty smelling and tasting tesco value ones and they gave me such a bad headache and just made me feel sick.

Definitely going to make some to munch on for lunch sometime though.

Beans are so much better when you cook them really well, so they go all soft and the sauce thickens

edit: oh and there is half left for tomorrow morning.

edit2: that's if i'm even hungry in the morning, brain registered the beans and thought it would make some toast!
