How many of these units do you estimate to have in stock after the pre-orders have gone out?

Or are they all already allocated.

If so when is the next shipment due and also is the a pre-order only price? Is it likely to increase after you have cleared the pre-orders?

i have potentially some arriving tomorrow. this will be a small amount.
this will not be enough to cover back orders

the other shipment i have ordered will be here soon after. this will cover the back orders and potentially leave a few hundred in free stock. depends how many we sell as they are being ordered at an astonishing rate.

Still 2 days before I order (waiting for my free delivery to kick in lol), hope I'm able to get one from that second batch :).

Just noticed the NZXT Hue I'll be ordering with it is part of this week's offers :).

Considering doing the same. Patience isn't a virtue I'm blessed with.
How long ago did other places get stock? I was hoping to build this weekend (thought rjk said he was expecting a few in this week so we should pre-order). Would be annoying if I could've gotten it delivered by another supplier in time for the weekend.
 
I dunno when they came into stock, but they did... I do like OCUK, and I hope this doesn't upset anyone...

Ah well. Such is life, I'll give OCUK a buzz tomoz.
 
Is there really any point cancelling for the sake of a few days? If you do cancel, how sure are you that it'll arrive earlier from the other seller?

I was about to put my order in then realised my free delivery hasn't kicked in yet, is it a year to the exact minute I registered my forum account? If so I'll have to wait until 9pm before I can order :(.
 
Good Morning Guys

I have had my eye on the thread and not replied until I have had my chance to talk to the manufacturer.

Essentially what has happened is this:

  • Corsair sent their 540 cases from the far east to the EU
  • These cases from the far east are still in transit from what I understand
  • These are the cases with the original ETA of August as seen in the thread title.
  • Corsair also shipped a small amount into the EU to supply stock to smaller EU countries who do not have distribution channels [this is how people who ordered direct from Corsair got their cases earlier than OcUK]
  • Finding out there was stock in the EU already, I managed to secure some of that stock to ensure we had stock as soon as it was available.
  • The stock we ordered came from Europe and was dispatched last week.
  • Since then, Corsair have shipped some of this stock to the UK distributor for their cases. This stock arrived before ours and has subsequently been fed into competitors already.
  • The cases we have on order are overdue
  • The original stock containers destined for the UK is still not in the EU.


I am personally very upset that we have not been able to get these to you already. OcUK did everything we could to ensure that we would have stock as soon as I was aware that there was 540 cases in Europe.

I have expressed my concern to Corsair explaining that this whole launch has been handled badly and that staggering stock availability has done nothing but upset loyal customers and inconvenience eager enthusiasts.

I am in talks with our EU supplier currently trying to locate our stock.

If the stock arrives today [26/07/13] I will be upgrading all current pre orders to Saturday delivery free of charge.

If you have any questions, I will do my best to answer them
