Corsair keyboard dead LEDs, RMA is a joke.

Corsair have sold millions of products, some will fail, this will always happen regardless of manufacturer.

I've had to rma a few things with them in recent years and while not always the quickest, it's never put me out of pocket and they have always done their best to help.

World class customer service? No, but very good and on the whole, well made products.

I find your whole tone and approach pretty disgusting, a simple request for an advance rma not enough drama for you? Asking for a manager if you feel the rep isn't listening? They should give you a refund and never deal with you again.
 
Ah well, at the very least someone is getting their post count well and truly up :rolleyes:

Oh and FYI I would edit your post #10 before a don spots it and you end up taking a break, like a guy did two days ago. Read the forum rules if you don't understand. ;)
