Could you hack prison?

Dunno, I suspect it would be down to luck as to what sort of establishment I went to and who was there at the time.

I could hack prison if I felt 'safe' - i.e. the idea of being locked up away from family and friends with dodgy food and not a lot of privacy doesn't overly bother me, it's more a question of whether I'd have to put up with the nasty side of it.

I'm a good person and try to be as law abiding as possible but if I was ever unfortunate enough to be in a situation in which I could possibly be sent down for I would actually look forward to the experience. Sounds daft I know but I think I would be fine and once I get over the initial fear maybe even enjoy it and make some new friends. Any freedom I have in the outside world I don't really take advantage of anyway, work takes up 12 hours a day whilst sleep dinner and rest take up the rest.

I don't think I'm alone either and thats a shame, the system shouldn't have to rely on people being decent alone. Prison should be a deterrent but I don't think it really is.

There there now, i'm sure you would really enjoy being incarcerated, so you could make great new friends and have a jolly good adventure. I hear in prison they're always having jolly, rip-roaring, Billy Bunter-esque escepades, and sharing jokes and japes with the guards.

Maybe the idea of prison is abhorrent to you but for me right now, sitting here, it is not. That isn't to say I wouldn't change my mind once I got there of course. Neither of us know what the true reality of the situation would be for me and I'm sure it would differ considerably from person to person.

I think the best way to go about it is stay out of peoples way, when someone hassles you then kick off and sure you'll probably get beaten up pretty bad but you'll earn some respect just for not being a wimp.
