I have around 3-4 inches gap between tummy and waistband. :(

Was looking forward to this evening - two days without squatting! Woohoo! :D

But not this bit... My quads are really hurting and my hips are epically tight.

Not bad, considering I have squatted every day this week and had a max test just over seven days ago. We will see how Monday comes around: now it is time to eat. And sleep.
 
Serious question: from where did you get the trousers?

Will take some vids later in the work gym where there are more lycra bunnies doing RDLs is better light and angles...
 
Hamstring was horrifically tight this evening and I couldn't even unrack properly without my left hip hurting... so it looks as though I will have to take a couple more days off. :(

It only took a week for Squat Nemesis to get me! :D

Managed to do triples up to 100kg but my legs just were not in the mood and not willing to play ball. Will rest for a couple more days and see how we go... :(

Spending a whole day in bluewater... I'm not even joking.

I tried over 30 pairs of jeans.

I found some from Next of all places, and Jack Jones.

Next? Interesting. Will have another look as most places round here cater to the "modern" man... :(

Nice work! Front squats are a lovely lift (I may be biased as I spent most of my formative time on them) until they are done for more reps than 5-8... then they become truly horrific.

Back to 8-6-3 I am afraid: not wanting to spend the time adapting to Nemesis puts a limit on things. :(

BACK SQUAT (8) 125-125-125 No pain during the last set... so much less unpleasant.

Disappointed I couldn't take Squat Nemesis, but using quads for back squats and then front squats five times a week for 1RM and then fifteen reps was too much at this point.
