Considering upgrading my 460 for this. Argh, I don't really have the money but everywhere else this card is £250 at least so it's a great offer. So tempted
 
Yayyyyyyyy!

Was going to upgrade my current msi gtx 560 at Xmas, but could not believe this offer. I looked at various reviews of this card online and was amazed at the ratings the card was given. I have loved my 560, but can't wait to really max the settings out with this, plus it'll be quieter and cheaper to run! Like a previous poster i was a little on the fence first but the wife convinced me to order as we have a 20th wedding anniversary in 2 weeks and she had no idea what to get me! Yay for overclockers! Does anyone have advice for playing around with the overclocking on the card? Any tutorials or settings to try? Also lately nvidia drivers have been a nightmare with the 560, screen locks, mouse freezes etc and the nvidia forums say to stay with driver 314.22 which I rolled back to and stopped the problems. Anyone know what the best stable driver will be for this new card?
 
How does this compare to two 5870s in crossfire?

Crossfire is OK but the heat really gets on my nerves.

I want rid of my two 5870s and just have one card ideally.
 
For this price 7950 looks poor to me :P at the moment. Very good time to go SLI if you ahve one 670 alrd :D

This. Its faster than a GTX 760 and currently cheaper. All the reviews show it is basically stock GTX 680 performance out of the box. ( sometimes even beating a 680)

I'm excited :D. looking forward to a nice boost from my GTX 480 and also better power consumption and less noise/heat.

How far ahead can you rearrange a dpd delivery if you are not in?

Hmmm, I think I need a third-party sanity check.

I currently have a 2gb 6950 r1 with unlocked shaders. I was thinking about getting 2 of these to replace it but if I'm honest with myself, I could probably hold out until next year for an upgrade without any real discomfort.

Should I snap these up now, taking advantage of the awesome deal, or wait until next year and see what else is out by that point?

If you're happy, wait. There will be a new set of AMD GPUs coming up.
