Cricket World Cup thread

Well Pakistan have made a good recovery after losing 2 quick wickets but the Irish seem to be helping them on their way with 13 extras already given:eek:. Not a very disciplined bowling i have to admit but still early in the game, Yousef as usual is playing test cricket:p
 
Arghhhh FFS another wicket gone, this time the taliban test cricketer aka Yousef gone:(. God this Pakistan team really infuriates me, what a bunch of spineless ****wits they are, cant bat for **** either:(.

At this rate the Irish are going to bowl them out for a measly total...if it wasnt so funny id cry....

OMFG!!!! what a joke, what a joke:mad::(. I swear Pakistan need their heads bashed hard together. At this rate we are letting the Irish batter us hard...this is not good...hell i dont think we will make 100 if this continues. 4 major wickets gone just like that.

Actually im hoping Pakistan lose this because as a pakistani supporter, i cant bear to see a bunch of religious nutcases who have no cricketing skills give us supporters more and more pathetic performances. What a ****'ing joke this game is:mad:.

/me throws remote at the tv and turns it of...cant bear to watch this joke of a team get more and more humiliated by a bunch of part-time cricketers:p.

Wow wish i had the red button, the pak/ire game looks interesting, rooting for Ireland :)
The changes in the Pak team talked about after the loss to WI are really going to hit hard when this WC is over.

Well done to the Irish though, they really are hammering Pakistan at the moment and all kudos to them. Cant wait for them to finish the Pakistani's off and send them packing home where they will be villified quite harshly.
 
Maybe thats what the team needs, even if Pakistan got to the super 8s they were never going to go much beyond that, even before the WC began. A shock exit will prompt some reform and a fresh start which lets be honest cannot be worse than what we are seeing now.

Pakistan talk **** tbh, they said they were going to make changes to their batting line up but they didnt. Why of why they play Hafeez when he isnt an opener is beyond me, the guy has a terrible average. If anything Akmal should be opening rather than Hafeez.
Inzi as a captain should be hung and shot, ive never been so ****'ed off with this team than i am right now at the moment. They really are a sad bunch out there.
Thanks to Akhtar and Asif taking drugs, they have made us the laughing stock of world cricket at the moment. Just a shame that Razzaq and Afridi arent playing, Razzaq being injured:( and Afridi out till the next game, which by then will be too late as the Pak's might as well start packing their bags. Woolmer is a joke of a manager though, his selections and tactics are quite crap although i hear he might be coming to England:p.
 
India livening up a bit now. Yuvraj and Ganguly have formed a pretty good partnership. 155-4

Look at these stats...Botha 6 overs 4 maidens 2 runs and 2 wickets...:eek: That is some bowling there...making the pak batsmen look positively amateur at the moment.

Well at least they are playing better than Pakistan:p. I cant see Bangladesh winning it though but the way this WC is going...nothing can be certain.

Well hey at least they have made over a hundred runs...whereas Pak are struggling to hit 100 at least in their innings:p.

Oh dear loosk like i spoke too soon, indian batting are collapsing.

I dont know but both these matches seem a bit dodgy, perhaps suspect pitches because usually the Indians and Paks tend to score pretty high against lower teams like Bangladesh and Ireland.
 
Indeed 11 balls, 4 wickets, 2 runs amazing performance from India, no chance of 200 now, Bangladesh can bat 200 runs asweel. Pak have some chance if they remove Bray early. In all fairness, Bangladesh have improved tremendously, if Sri Lanka manage a big total against them on this surface then the Indian batting will look that much worse.

Edit: 9 now aswell, thing is Pakistan were a team in dissarray before the WC, India expected to do well in the tournament.

Stupid idiots :(

I think its not over yet for both Pakistan & India. Ireland/Bangla still need to bat. The pressure is really on Pakistan though, they need to win it to stay in the WC don't they?
