I'd kinda fancy india almost, they have the best top order of all the teams I'd say, a nice mix with some really talented players.
Australia have too many injuries and as such, a bowling attack that looks quite toothless at times
South Africa, I simply don't think are good enough - world ranking aside
Pakistan - no bowlers left
West Indies - did they even have any bowlers to get injured??
Sri Lanka - wonderfully inconsistent, an outside chance
new zealand - shane bond and the 10 hangers-on too much of the time, not a realistic prospect i don't think
England - If the batting works they're in with a chance, the bowling looks quite good, a combination of medium pace and spinners could be the ticket on these pitches.
The probable bowlers are freddy, anderson, lewis and panesar. which leaves some overs to fill in between collingwood, dalrymple, pieterson and maybe even bell (or even less likely vaughan). It really depends on the batting in the end, I'd prefer strauss to joyce at the top, the pitches could really suit his game. Bell should also enjoy the pitches. If some of them get into good form you never know
...well actually you do, this is england after all (and i say that as a first hand witness to the awfulness of the boxing day test...though i had a pint in the members bar with brian lara afterwards...eased the pain...)
