Crysis Multiplayer Beta now on Fileplanet

can bullets go through wood and thin metal in this game? e.g if someone is behind a door you can shoot through the door if its made of a material that bullets can pass through?
 
im impressed, runs great on my GTX, some areas look very good can't wait for the full game. Never been a fan of this squad based MP, but this was actually quite fun (prob because I got a few real newbie kills lol)

Sea is really cool
 
Loving it... what can I say? It looks awesome, runs smooth (no seriously low frames or stuttering) and gameplay is really fun :D

Had 5 of my mates in game and the only one who did not like it was playing on low with poor performance.
 
Absolutely loving this game, it's superb. Never played such a fun multiplayer fps! Also it runs a lot better than I thought, running it on 1680x1050 with ALL settings on high and it's perfectly playable and looks incredibly gorgeous :D

Id guess they would, since bullets do infact go through thin metal and wood, and cs had that all those years ago, so we know its hardly very difficult :p
 
The GFX are excellent, i have never seen so much texture detail in any other game as i have seen in crysis, gameplay is alright but ill be buying this for the single player, BF2 satisfies my craving for killing online.:cool:

yes its not too difficult but games of late like medal of honour airboure and bioshock don;t allow bullets to go through anything. very dissapointing really.

also is there much network lag in crysis online? wondering if its gonna end up as a lan only game. :confused:
 
My system seems to have stablised from trying to play earlier.. And just spent half an hour on the largest server i could get on. And im really enjoying it :cool:
 
Hate it when kiddies start going on one side so its 17 vs 4 :p

Was on a server just now however, me vs 6 guys, they tried sneaking up behind me (claymores!) they tried jeeps at me (rocket launcher) or..he jumped out of one trying to run me over but my c4 made the jeep fly right over my head! :D, sniped the rest and one guy tried to punch me and he learned a lesson!

Silly boonies :)
 
I don't understand the GTS owners saying it runs well in 1680x1050 maxed out, runs dog slow for me.

I'm enjoying it, but there's so many bugs that I'm a bit worried they won't be fixed before the demo comes out. I keep trying to get on the beta forum to add to the bug report threads but Forumplanet keeps giving me a 404 when I put the password in. :rolleyes:
