Me too, but Crytek have said that they're trying to make the MP as strong as the SP. They realise how awful FarCry's multiplayer element was and are attempting to rectify it. I have no doubt that it will kick arse online and am really looking forward to it.

The whole game is going to be an orgy of action, madness and plain and simple fun!

I hope they stop a few features in mp like that super fast mode, the hulk style will be funny people punching the crap out of each other.

What was so bad about Far Cry MP? I'm not a big MP fan but I've played Far Cry DM and team assault at LAN's before and found it pretty entertaining. The only thing was perhaps the maps were a bit big for 3-4 people.

I'm not that familiar with the MP aspect of FarCry, but that was what was said by Crytek themselves.

Upgraded my memory and operating system today, and by the time crysis is out i will have added the conroe E6850 and the latest £400 graphics card. And if then it wont play crysis ultra settings then ill be annoyed

Why not get a Q6600 instead?.

I'll be buying a G90 or w.e for crysis if my 8800GTS wont play it on High settings in DX10.

Nothing spectacular for me, I'm just going to drop in a X2 4200+ and clock it a bit. Suppose I may aswell make the jump to dual-core now. At least it'll give me a better chance of playing Crysis.

with a 7300gt? i doubt it. All low i would thinks. I can't imagine a 7600 playing it on medium let alone a 7300.

That came from the fact that MP was a late addition to FC and the netcode was awful.
For me the Assault mode is still the best FPS MP mode there is...

I just had a chat with Alex Marschal, Cryteks Commnity manager.
The figures quoted in the Gamesradar interview are correct, but not for Ultra.

He estimates with that rig you can play Crysis on high...
