CS:GO Discussion

Well considering that was the best version of them all that's not a bad version to have last played =)

It was epic!

I had so many maps that the map selection in CS:GO has left me wanting heaps more. :(

Don't get me wrong though the maps they have included were amongst my favourites but there were so many more.

Oh how I wished Milita was in the map selection.

90% of the older CS maps were community created though. Well, strictly speaking the whole thing was community created.

Unfortunately Militia was killed off with the HDR version in CSS :(

only aztec and office seem to be actual improvements on the maps the rest just seem to be the source maps with a few changes

Ah, cbble. Loved that map.

I wouldn't worry though guys, it wont be long until there are a million and 1 badly made remakes of all these maps flooding the servers.

I know some bugs are in from the beta, at least for me, If I go for 'Server Information' on the steam client when not in game it shows no information even though 20 odd people are playing, and can't join a server through friends either

Played beta when it was first out and thought it was ok.

I went onto retail last night and CS:GO feels like driving a Mack truck compared to a slick Ferrari that was CS:S ...... is it just me that CS:GO feels like a much slower game?

Has there been a massive patch? I played the beta a few weeks ago and purchased today, looks like its downloading all over again? or was there just a big patch from beta to retail im only on 2meg =/

Everybody forgetting de chateau :D

As for the reg it seems more has changed than meets the eye at first, like the AK and m4 have less accurate shots after the first couple fired. Like the AK goes nuts now after 2 shots whereas in source it was 3, and m4 is 3 instead of 4... Don't take my word on it though, test it yourself.

Anyone else get the feeling kills are less satisfying on GO than in previous CS versions? I certainly do.
