I got a new mouse in the black Friday sales, a Zowie FK1 from OCUK to replace my Logitech G502 (scroll wheel didn't respond sometimes) and I've been on a winning streak since, I think I have lost only 1 game since I picked it up,
I don't know if it a placebo effect or I really am playing better, More testing required!

Thanks, I can't explain it... But I somtimes play like this, its just luck. Those wall and smoke scans weren't 1 taps.
BTW The sound has been improved and that delay is gone now... kind of.
Is that a serious question or trolling?

This game was after the update, the glitch didn't work for me anyways... But for some it did, on faceit one guy was constantly headshotting me through the smokes... I've used up 8 bullets before I got that kill through the smoke...

Can't believe I'm doing this but I'm hanging up my mouse regarding this game. Been playing CS before steam was even available (curse you dad for taking me to a lan cafe ONCE which was enough to hook me).
I've found that I'm simply not enjoying it anymore, I've found the community increasingly toxic, and I come away thinking wtf was the point. Between hackers, ********, cheaters, micro transactions, kids etc, I'm just not putting in the effort
This will give a fair bit more free time so going to try a few new games and start a couple new hobbies in the new year.
Sorry if it sounds like a whinge, I'm just codifying my thoughts.

I watched a lot of the games over the weekend, it's gotten really boring watching fnatic win everything, although Na'Vi pulling 2 maps back was great CS!
I've only put 200 hours into the game, and I'm not that great at it. I stopped playing a few months back just because none of my friends play it, and the randoms I get put up with never seem to be nice people. I'd rather not get shouted at constantly by Russians for not being 100% accurate.
At least the random bot adds have stopped now that I don't play anymore.
Not really, you're just stating the facts. I don't know why I still play this AIDS, I miss the good old days from 1.6. I carried 2 games yesterday, one of them I got kicked from, not a clue what for. I just voted to kick a guy with stats 1:1:13 as we still had a chance to win with a BOT, lost the Global... not fussed. I'm just going to mess around on MM now, like I did on smurf. Play only deagle and scout for the whole match or just use pistols.
p.s. Have you people noticed, how its always the people who play like a potato that have the most to say and never shut up?
I had 20 kills and the guy who was teaching me how to play had 3 kills, I just love this game. 
BTW That's how I got hyped too, it all started from a cafe. CRT monitors, 640x480 res and WMO@125hz

BTW Yeah, I play on 800x600 BB v.low/low (Television mode without digital vibrance) , with 0.6 in-game, 1000dpi@500hz (lowest g100s will go). The way the game looks now, reminds me of 1.6, the shots land where I want and this game was never about the graphics anyways.

did you maybe try and correct the way people play?
being helpful doesnt seem to help, ive been top fraggin in a match before by a country mile and give little tips which i thought might help, resulted in me being kicked.
i just dont bother now and just play my own game, if my team arent performing then thats just luck the luck of the solo q, play your game and move onto the next match.

No, I just give a tactic before round starts then I shut up, I know how annoying it is to b have someone constantly talking over your ear when you play... From my experience it's better to just do callouts e.g. window -50, b push or its b. Short and to the point. Some give info such as; There's a guy pushing mid with A W P, he is hdding behind the boxes. Instead of AWP Mid boxes.
Idgaf about the rank anymore, hit it by solo queueing and that's my satisfaction.
The rank doesn't really reflect how good you're anyways, perfect example on those screenshots... I've a GE and 0lofmeister or Neo has that rank too, they're a totally different league compared to me though.
They should IMO make a special rank for the Pros, upto 200 best players from each country could have that rank.

Perhaps you got kicked for voting to kick someone else regardless of his score which it seems you probably know that, no doubt leading up to the vote you complained to your team/him about how bad he was?

I tend to give small info like that in solo q's, Least they cant moan about "no info"
and other then that i shut up and if have someone excessively talking or backseat gaming i just mute and enjoy the game If you're pulling off kills like you were in that video a few days ago some team mates will votekick you if they suspect you're cheating. It doesn't take much for people to start calling hacks, a couple of smoke kills or prefiring common spots and getting kills is enough for the wall accusations to come flying in.
Yes, the guy with 1:1:14. I needed a BOT that could be controlled, he left 2 rounds before the match ended after killing me twice on round start...
The funny thing is, even though I 'mess around', I'm still like 2nd in the scoreboard in terms of the score and kills. Its not like I intentionally try to loose... But form now on, I'll just have fun with all the guns available e.g. negev, scout, deagle etc.

Since I changed to 800x600, some shots through the smokes are unbelievable, its easier for me to predict where to shot or where the person could be. Lower POV is probably helping too, not just the res.
Those accusations usually come from the bottom of the scoreboard people, who consider themselves 'pros'.
I don't consider myself as a good player, I just use common sense...

Didnt you say 1080p is best. I found 800x600 too extreme, I think its mostly about the aspect ratio and stretch alters speed or how it feels a lot. http://www.twitch.tv/s1mpleof has a zip of his cfg dir
Dont play mm, wasnt even there in previous games. Definitely dont take it seriously, csgo not made in USSR. There tons of alternatives, was lots of scrims advertised over the weekend on this group -

1080p is best, its a lot clearer and you can see where you're aiming... on lower res that's different as the pixels are stretched even on 4:3 BB. I ranked up to Global on 1080p, to supreme I ranked up on 800x600. It's just preference really, there's no real advantage using any other res, as stretched models a tiny bit wider. But the mouse movement is well off, the y and x axis aren't 1:1 ratio.
BTW I can those 180 flick shots on 800x600, that I can't on 1080p. Same with no scopes and flick shots from AWP. I've tried 1024x768, but it felt a lot different to 800x600, if anyone is starting playing CS. I would recommend trying out 1024x768 BB, its a great res and a lot of the Pros are switching back to it. Its funny how often the Pros change their settings...
Does Scream still use 800x600 or did he switch to 1024x768?
