I had a very brief game and there was someone 6 ranks above me but I reckon we might have won this one maybe if everyone joined. I swear it lets it go ahead sometimes and fills in the missing one in a later round

Ranking up FAST! I played like 70 games before I got out of silver.Gold Nova 1 now

Only really started playing CS for the first time 2 weeks ago. Went straight into competitive. Only managed to get into silver III. Love this game but my problem atm is getting consistent. I can go from getting 47 kills in competitive to doing terrible.

I think Ive gone up on a draw, means they were higher and/or you did well in previous games
Post your steam profile up and I'll do an invite to the groups.
The game delibrately tries to knock you down with higher ranks, if you beat them anyway you generally go up. Some games are 'easy' and I guess its you who is doing the knocking down then

was like 99 wins showing for me I think and then 2 more ranks in less then 10 games. I think they knocked back the hacks for a week, that'd put everyone up for a while

What maps do you guys play? I have played dust almost exclusively as I remember it from the old days. Starting to get a bit bored of it and would like to refresh my memory of some of the classic maps and learn the newer ones (inferno for example).
