I was going to buy a 3080 at RRP when they released and we all know how that worked out!

Unless I can snag a s/h 2080Ti at a good price I'm going to wait for Hoppit.

its likely going to be the same issue but hopefully less of an issue if that makes sense. Anyway, to keep it current, youll need the extra power for native 4k Cyberpunk Raytracing

It does seem that way whenever you are waiting for something. I bought AC Valhalla on 10th november to tide me over, thinking it should last me until Cyberpunk was out yet I ended up finishing that last night and now I'm gutted that I still have a week to go

Am I screwed? I have 80GB left on my SSD. The game is apparently 70GB but surely this will mean I won't be able to install the day one patch which is almost certainly going to be over 10GB... or will it replace files whilst downloading?

Even if it did replace files, it'll still need to download the initial 10gb before it's installed.

Only 70Gb is not bad, especially for a game of this depth. My COD install is up to around 200GB of precious SSD space!
