*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

Reviewer friend of mine for a popular online website has 25 hours in the game so far, got his copy the other day, we built his rig last saturday - i9 10850 / 2080ti (still waiting on his 3090 from Nvidia :() all free of charge (hate him) he's a big Witcher fan.
He reports the game looks mind blowing, he is locked at 60fps on high preset's with RT on @ 4k. There is a few bugs, but lives up to the hype and some.
Review's will hit on Monday.

No I'm playing it near enough the moment it comes out, granted I'll probably just do CharGen then go to sleep. I've already waited the best part of my 20s, no ******* way am I waiting until I'm in my 30s to play this
People have a tendency to see things like "no spoilers" or "fragile" and immediately do exactly the opposite of what people would like them to.

Game is going to be a love it or hate it or meh, s'ok.
There will be haters simply because people have their expectations set too high or it's too hyped, or it's a thing to want something to fail.
Will there be bugs on release? More than likely.
Do I care? No.
Will it be perfect, unlikely, but I am sure I'll enjoy the game far more than many other releases these last few years. And that's why I'm buying it.
You do you, I'll do me.
 
Are we still arguing about how we should be feeling leading up to the game's release? :D

I've not watched any videos, read any guides or found any spoilers. It's been dead easy to avoid them. In fact everything I know about the game over the last year is pretty much from this thread. I'm excited, and I can't wait. It might be awesome, it might be crap. Finding out will be part of life's rich tapestry of discovery!

That's how I feel. Everyone else is allowed to feel however they feel!

Nah, this time it is happening. I mean reviewers have the game now and are playing as I understand. That is a good indicator right there no?
 
Getting excited! I have read very little about this game. IN fact still playing Witcher 3. I wasn't planning on upgrading my PC (3600X + 1080ti) this year so had pre ordered it on Xbox. I'll have to play it on my One X for a while until I can get one of the Series X consoles. If they ever come into stock long enough to buy one that is!

The amount of corrections I'm having to do on my phone since Android 11 dropped is ridiculous, feels like I'm typing in a different language sometimes.
