What's the top 3 things people want fixing/adding?

Mines the police AI/spawning.
Traffic AI and car chases.
Vertically to the city.

The more I play the less I care about the NPC AI, in terms of lack of dialogue, mouths don't move, similar outfits etc.
I've had no crashes and very few bugs but the the things that have annoyed me the most are: -

1. I keep hitting on Fast Travel stations as I'm moving the map around looking for somewhere to go. I'd like a simple confirmation box or something.
2. When you're answering messages, your answer sometimes appears above the initial question.
3. NPCs don't steer as the car turns :o

None of these have taken away from my enjoyment of the game but I notice them during every session.

You can fast travel directly from the map?
 
Getting some really high CPU usage last night and now. Between 80-96% in city centre and I'm running just below 4K resolution on a 3090, why so high? Using a 8700k @ 5.1 btw. Any-one else?
 
No, I mean when I click on a fast travel station and it shows the other fast travel stations, I always click on one I don't want by mistake while moving the map around.
Ah, I know what you mean. I've done that myself a few times, it shouldn't change the filter without you actually clicking the relevant button in my eyes.

I thought you meant you could just fast travel straight from the map then!
 
I play mostly stealth and always pick up the weapons they were carrying, plus whatever was in their bag.

Are you saying they drop more weapons if they detect you?

For me they never drop weapons if you kill them in Stealth i.e. before they can pull out their weapons. The only way I can get weapons is to "go loud" alerting everyone so that they pull out weapons. Obviously if they already have a weapon out (doing guard, sniper cover etc) then you'll get that weapon even if you steath kill, but someone who doesn't have a weapon out doesn't drop one for me.

AI being non existent when NPC are doing nothing, they just like statues.
map is dire if you hover over a bar it just says "bar" why can't it say which bar it is.
mini map is zoomed in like 200%

I'm sure everyone will cover the other issues
 
One thing I've noticed is that game "rewards" you for going Rambo vs staying stealthy i.e. if you sneak around knocking off bad-guys silently then they don't drop any weapons for you to collect, sell or disassemble, so it makes more sense (depending on the enemy and your health) to go in all Rambo like just to collect the 5-20 extra weapons you can collect per encounter.

I find that maddening as I would prefer to be a stealthy ninja 100% of the time vs going in all guns blazing, plus the NPC would have the gun on them anyway, even if not drawn, so you should be able to get their gun when looting their body after a silent kill.
I don't have this issue only when dumping people in a container
 
I have a little under 22 hours play time and have completed Act 1 and done no main missions on Act 2 yet. Too busy doing all the side content :)

I am level 20 and street cred level 41.

There are still tons of side content to do, I am guessing another 10-20 hours worth. After that I will start the main story missions :D

@Boxfreshchris I could go on for a long time about what I believe they should add/fix. But my main ones are:

Randomly spawning police AI, or lack of AI there does not seem to be much there lol. Instead of coming around a corner like they are coming from a way away they are told to spawn in the players vicinity (or at least I assume so, we haven't got that far into modding yet)

Better destructible meshes. I have seen AI shoot at a particular mesh (the concrete barriers for example) and what's inside is some ugly, plain almost non textured mesh, like they didn't even bother just "that will do". That and MORE destructible objects, We have scrapes on the vehicles, cracks appearing on walls but that's purely a decal being projected upon impact. I am just very very picky when it comes to games and how they were designed, I know it's primarily to save on resources etc.

A weekly cycle. I believe San Andreas had this? Or something similar. So certain events can happen on certain days, or times during the day/night.

Shooting from cars, and car customisation (if there is some I have missed it) and better mesh destruction on cars, it's nowhere near enough IMO. Not BeamNG levels, but.. just better.
 
Crash to desktops with AMD drivers crashing at the same time happening more and more regularly. Just had one after maybe 3 minutes of launching the game. Sigh. Then to add insult to injury Steam then spends a few minutes syncing data before letting me relaunch!

can you even fix up cars? or just drive around with them on fire?
 
My favourite bug is the rubbish piles that randomly explode. Don't know what they're putting in there.

Current bug is I now can't switch to external cam when driving. I'm actually getting more bugs as I progress.
 
@weldon855 I haven't seen any vehicle repair shops, but yes you can drive around on fire for a few seconds before they explode. The fire, from what I have seen is purely under the arches like GTA 4. I have not got far into the story at all so I am missing a lot.
 
Anyone else getting frustrated with the complete lack of clues of what level you need to be to deal with enemies. Just got to an area where there were two separate groups of gangmembers maybe 50m away from each other. The first group I could mow down with a single Smart SMG clip, the second are practically bullet proof and can kill me in a bullet or two from range. Really bloody immersion breaking when you smash through one mob and then the next enemy is an absolute bullet sponge who can kill you instantly...
