*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

CL18, my RAM is 3600MHz but I run it at 3200 because of stability on this BIOS/board with 2 sticks of 32GB modules - I CBA with the tediousness of trying every voltage range and timing etc to get it 100% stable, so I did the next best thing and dropped to 1:1 3200MHz. Noticed zero perf diff in games though so doubt the fps would have been any different in the above. DDR4 4000MHz might have added 2-3fps, but then again what's the point for such measly fps at such extra cost :p

Strange, I was using a fairly bog-standard 3600 CL16 DDR4 kit with a 12700k for a while before switching to a Samsung B-Die kit (same capacity) that can do 3600mhz 14-14-14-28 timings and I noticed a significant jump in minimum FPS across several titles. If I dropped my kit and timings into your system, I'd guarantee there would be a difference to the above.

Cyberpunk is one of those games that responds rather well to RAM speed and timings. Not saying it would be some game changing difference, just that the scores would probably be pretty much neck and neck with similar RAM in both systems.

I mean in teh above examples my minimum fps is only 2fps slower than his in non pure raster, but is higher than his when DLSS/FSR is used. His RAM is 3800MHz, so I'm essentially already ahead but his GPU having better pure raster performance edges by a couple of fps in that metric.

been six months when i last played and completed the game. Decided to have a second play through new path street kid this time have to say i put in a couple of hours and i just lost interest there just is no replay value with this game which is a shame when you look at how much work went into it.

I hope the expansion is something meaningful. I just started playing around with streaming a 4K image on my 1440p monitor with GFN. I have no idea how it manages it but the game looks incredible.

Stop whatever you're doing and add this mod! This is such a high quality addition to the game, it's damn near at the quality of DLC. It's basically making the hidden gems into quests and fleshing it out a bit. It just works SO WELL with the way the game's structured!

Interesting, so this is 195 new items on top of the game if you've already completed it and done everything on the map? I have another reason to reinstall it now if so :p

The hidden gems are part of the game already, but they are hard to find and they also trigger based on your progression of the game (particularly NCPD gigs). Very easy to miss, I mean I have 800+ hrs and only really found a couple just by wandering, if I didn't know they existed from another site then I'd be completely ignorant of them. They flesh out previous missions by adding further resolution to the events, f.ex. the apartment you have to break in of the divorced couple, after that quest they then re-connect and you can find out what happens (through hidden gem) etc.
It really fleshes out the game further and provides more colour to the world and the events we participate in. Plus there's also legendaries. ;)
The great thing about the mod is that it makes it more accessible so that you can definitely go through all of them (minus a few gated by choices), and it keeps track, and it gives you fixer messages for them just like usual and the writing of them is spot on, so it feels like it was part of the game already.

I just realised my 100% save has been overwritten by a new game session I started but didn't bother completing because everything is still the same lol. I will probably give it a miss given I've already done it and closer to Phantom Liberty time check it out.

Sounds great, I hope the mod will be kept up to date with future updates and expansion. I will want to use it for my second play.

I'm finding it's a bit like Mass Effect if you only chose the Paragon options first and then try a second playthrough using only the Renegade ones.
This has the added benefit of different kit. As an example, I never used a Sandevistan on my first playthrough, so I'm having a bash this time and finding it makes for a very different kind of game.

I struggled to get decent frame rates on this game at 4k on my TV with a razer book laptop and external GPU with an rtx 3080

Just building a new desktop pc and looking forward to trying again where i left off at about 30 hours into the game
