*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

Playing it again last night not sure if I enjoy it because it looks so good or it’s actually fun. It seems pretty complicated, half the time im not entirely sure whats going on.
Yeah I get that. At first there is so much. You have basically the main story, loads of side gigs and there own stories. Best thing i find is to try and do side gigs and stuff first before getting too far in the main mission. It will tell you at certain points that you are about to progress in the main story and can't go back which lets you choose to hang round and mop up any side things, which is cool. But there are so many characters, handlers and misc. characters it can get a bit mad at times. The more you play it though you get used to it. Don't feel like you have to do exactly what it tells you.

Just installed my new card today so think i will download again and have some fun, ive only played a few hrs of this as was never really getting the performance i wanted ( constant 60fps with rt) hopefully i can achieve this now :)

Finally bought it now the price is down (and I gather it's mostly fixed). Only part-way through the intro stuff ATM, but holy **** there's a lot stuff to remember for an old man like me.

I have 3 play throughs so far, each around 60-70 hours. still a few bugs but you can just take your time and explore the sites at your own pace.
Waiting for the next update and Phantom Liberty before I play again.

Not everyone's type of game but I appreciate the lack of micro transactions.....

Im enjoying this now, it still drops just below 60fps at times but i have full raytracing at ultra settings, game looks lovely and story is good, done the intro and a few hrs into main game, there is a lot to remember and i have forgot things already lol
like how to add the attribute points that i have gained.

Still its a beautiful and engrossing game so far, just hope it holds my attention until the end, as not many games do these days.

Played this for 4 hours on release day but my pc really struggled with a 6700k 16gb ddr4 Nvidia 1080 at a Res of 1440. With the tonne of patches after day 1 did it improve performance?

Pretty sure this is the final expansion for Cyberpunk. Doubt they will be doing much more than quality of life upgrades. They are probably hard at work on the sequel now.

Hopefully it turns out much better using Unreal Engine 5.

These UE5 games coming out all look mind blowing, Cyberpunk in UE5 would just be insane. I hope Phantom Liberty is off the charts good as I love the setting and Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the best games I've played in last few years. As of patch 1.63 I'd place it on par with Elden Ring.
