Dunno what I was doing wrong but shadows on psycho or whatever it is in main settings, RT Preview (overdrive?), 4k, HDR, DLSS Balanced, runs smooth as butter and looks amazing now, but... I don't like the game still :'(

I've not seen a date but I expect it'll be with the large 2.0 patch when the expansion comes out. Sept26th.
3.5 is also supported by portal RTX Prelude it seems along with another game at launch so the benefitsywillbbe seen in more than just cyberpunk!

I've not seen the video but is DLSS 3.5 only for 4xxx cards I'm assuming?

It will be avaliable to all rtx cards but i doubt it'll be usable on the older cards.
Usable as much as RTX is. If card is too weak to do ray tracing, this won't help
In essence 3.5 the same DLSS doing ray denoising, so doesn't add more load.
Why? It either has no fps impact, or increases fps whilst giving instant GI response to lighting changes and removes the noise we currently see.
It's an ai reconstruction method like DLSS 2 on any RTX card using those AI cores which all RTX cards have.

Just googled - its not the same thing as being discussed above, its just an update for DLSS Upscaling.

My first run started as a corpo, looking forward to starting as a nomad this time I think.
Not possible to say as the new update changes the entire skill tree and mechanics so it will be new to everyone.
