Lol, nope nope nope.

I smell purchase justification after the grilling you got in the other thread. :D

Still can't see what they have going for them, other than the "new car" factor.

For similar money I'd rather get a 4 year old Kia Sportage, that would be better equipped, likely better to drive, and still have 3 years manufacturer warranty.

I've never had any trouble with Ford dealers for servicing etc. But they can vary wildly.

Anyway, you should change the pollen filter every year. That is what stops crap from outside getting in to the cabin. I wouldn't leave oil more than a year either (nor the oil filter), especially if it's a turbo! Or you might find it goes bang one day.

4 year old KIA sportage £14,000 - £17,000?

Dacia Duster - £11,500 for 1.5 diesel , £9500 Petrol?

But no seriously, amazing car. Wouldn't buy one again. Purely bought as I intend to keep the car after 4 years as mine. Wife wants one them small Audi things.

Our BMW dealer is £155 (if I remember correctly) for a service but as it only needs doing every 2 years / 20,000 miles (can't remember the exact schedule, it tells me when starting up) I don't think it's bad, the sales man also said it wasn't worth getting the servicing pack as we've only done 8,500 miles since May 2015.

nope - quite a few in the £9.5k-£10k criteria I tried on AT a second ago.

I suspect if I up my budget to £11.5k there will be even more :)

Hmmmm..... I remember looking at Sportage's prior to the Dacia, couldn't find one within budget. Searched for loads.

Believe it or not I did do loads of research, I didn't totally want the Duster. But couldn't find really anything similar in pro's/cons terms.
