Dawn of War 3 ASUS promotion game key problems

There is a cashback option on some cards from some countries. They are referring to this, though there is no cashback available for uk and we have ran out of time for the cashback on certain items anyway.

It's like they are too lazy to make it relevent for this promotion.
 
Fair enough. Lets hope it works out in the end. I dont know how many times ive refreshed my outlook page knowing that it would update itself anyway..... :/

Updated: Good news, I now have the steam key and the game is now in my library.

Still gonna complain to ASUS, they shouldn't make it this much hell for their customers.

Update: Complaint sent - I will see if I get anything resolved, at least I tried.

I also have my steam key and the game is in my library. Yes the process is all over the place but at least it got sorted. I probably feel like it has been a long time due to the bank holiday weekend.

The main thing is that i have my key now and all is well with the world.
 
Hi MarcusX and azaz|187, when you say you have your steam key did you get the online application to finally work or were you just emailed keys by support? I tired the online promotion over the weekend and got no where, just need to know if I should be get getting on to support for my key.

We were able to use the website - this then sends an automated message saying your claim is being processed could be up to 5 working days. After that you get another email with the steam key.

The website was only fixed today I think.

Thanks for the reply, that Asus site drove me crazy over the weekend. Thanks to you guys for braving customer support and getting things sorted. Will try the site again after work.
 
Just went on to try again and it worked for me. Had an email prior to this saying my serial number was correct and "we're sorry for the inconvenience". Thankfully, have now been able to redeem, so seems we won folks!
 
I actually now have a second asus code sent to me as E-Buyer have pulled out their finger and sent it to me. I'm wondering if I should *try* and get a second steam code. Maybe if I do this and they send it to me, they might charge me for it once they find out I have two. Maybe they will notice anyway and not give me a second steam code. What do you think? I could send the other code to a friend if it works but I don't want to have to pay for it, as DOW3 is likely to be a crappy game anyway.

I think you should do what you think is right. You cant ask us to answer that question for you. You may not be the only one that has recieved a second code.
 
So did anyone get the Masters of War Skin pack? There's no DLC showing on my DLC list. Is it included in the game by default or something?
 
Im not sure if im just not in the mood but ive just played the first couple of missions and its quite frankly a lifeless game. im glad i didnt pay for it.
 
Yeah, its a bit ****, what I expected tbh. I've only played 2 campaign missions and it was kinda underwhealming. I'm not sure I even wanna try the MOBA aspect of the game.
